I started making toys about seven years ago initially for my grand children. After taking early retirement I decided to make toys for sale through local craft fairs.

Before I commenced I carried out a thorough research of all issues to toys in particular the Toy Safety Regulations. This included understanding of the current European Legislation and contacting my local Trading Standard officers.

I became a member of both the British Toymakers Guild and Rocking Horse Makers Guild both of which needs verification that a product  meets the required standard to become members.

Both of these guilds keep me well informed of the latest safety requirments for toys constantly being modified by the European Parliament.

I then joined a local craft organisation called Made in Shropshire (www.madeinshropshire.co.uk) This organisation consists of a number of craft people who attend a monthly craft fair (2nd Sat each month) in the Square in Shrewsbury.

All my toys are individually hand made and finished in Shrewsbury.

Only top quality materials are used thoughout.

All finishes used are completely child friendly and fully comply with the current Toy Safety Regulations.

All my toys display the CE mark ,again indicating full compliance with the Toy Regulations.

I do undertake special requests for toys .

Any of the toys shown on this web site can be produced in any colour required. (subject to availability).If  a particular colour scheme is required please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate.
